At CentraCare – Willmar, family physicians work alongside an experienced group of nearly 20 physicians in a team-based care model, supported by robust onsite resources and access to more than 40 medical and surgical specialties across CentraCare’s integrated system.
This full-time position offers flexible 0.9–1.0 FTE, minimal call, and the option to include obstetrics, creating both professional fulfillment and work-life balance.

$260,000 - $500,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.
