The Memory Care Support Specialist will maintain a person-centered approach to resident care and assist the interdisciplinary team in developing care plans. They will also educate staff and families on dementia and Alzheimer's disease progression while managing behavioral interventions.
A bachelor's degree is required for this position. Candidates should have at least three years of human services experience, with a preference for two years of experience in dementia or Alzheimer's care.
