As a Physical Therapist at Cleveland Clinic, you will utilize various treatments and exercises to help patients increase strength, range of motion, endurance and coordination in the comfort of their homes.
Since this position requires close interaction, you will have the opportunity to build strong patient relationships and enhance their overall experience.
Often, your patients are dealing with pain, so sensitivity is important.

In this role you will support patients living through eastern Cuyahoga County.
00am to 5:00pm with a scheduled day off if working the weekend. Weekends are Saturday and Sunday – 12 Saturdays and 6 Sundays with 1 holiday weekend. 1 holiday required (either winter or summer holiday).
Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
Perform initial and ongoing assessments.
Establish, revise and evaluate plans of care.
Perform physical therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills appropriate for the patient’s age and condition.
Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support caregivers.
Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation and files at all times regarding patient condition and the effectiveness and timeliness of care and interventions.
Participate in ongoing interdisciplinary assessments of assigned patients.
• Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
