The LVN will deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. They are responsible for monitoring and documenting patient status and treatments to support residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Candidates must hold a current LVN license in the state of Texas and possess a valid CPR certification. Applicants must also be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
