Residential Program Clinician

• Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. seeks a Master's level Program Clinicians for our youth residential group home in the Springfield area!
• The Clinician will provide clinical services for an assigned client caseload and provide clinical support and understanding to residential program staff.
• Responsibilities include maintaining all required documentation in client records in compliance with Agency and State licensing and accreditation requirements.
• This individual will be communicating with program staff, leadership and collateral providers regarding treatment and progress of assigned clients.
• This position provides after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.

To be qualified, candidates must possess the following

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field Minimum of two years’ experience working with at-risk youth Must provide verification of adequate personal auto insurance on the vehicle(s) to must be used, including, at minimum, Optional Bodily Injury to Others (coverage part 5 on a Mass Auto policy) limits of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident, and Damage to Someone Else's Property (part 4) limits of at least $100,000. *This must be brought to the interview.
