Overview Shift

• 7:00pm-7:00am + every third weekend and two holidays per year $10,000 Sign on Bonus for 0.8 FTE or above Join our dynamic Acute Care Unit team as a Registered Nurse where every shift is an opportunity to make a real difference in patients’ lives while working in a fast-paced, supportive, and collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Conduct holistic assessments addressing physical, psychological, spiritual, socioeconomic, and environmental health using culturally and developmentally appropriate methods. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, patient- and family-centered care across the lifespan, including acute, chronic, palliative, and end-of-life care. Communicate and collaborate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Educate and empower patients and caregivers with teaching tailored to age, culture, health literacy, and readiness to learn. Demonstrate clinical judgment and accountability, revising care plans based on outcomes and safely delegating tasks within healthcare teams.
