We have 6 OR rooms and 2 treatment rooms.
We perform outpatient surgical procedures in General, GI, ENT, Neurosurgery, Orthopedic, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, Spine, Urology.
Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call.
Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.
Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, the Receptionist/Business Office Float is responsible for covering any aspect of the business office necessary. Many duties include scheduling, insurance verification, financial counseling, patient calls and chart building. Successful candidate will possess outstanding multi-tasking abilities, communication and teamwork as well as the ability to keep up in a fast-paced working environment. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate previous successful/positive customer service encounters or programs.
