The Physical Therapy Aide will assist with patient treatments, which involves moving, pushing, and pulling heavy patients and equipment. They are also responsible for maintaining a productive pace and adapting to frequent changes in the treatment schedule.
Candidates must possess strong organizational, verbal, and writing skills, along with the ability to work under pressure. The role requires physical agility and the ability to perform forceful exertion while standing and walking throughout the shift.
