Operating Room Nurse

• Northern Michigan Surgical Suites is hiring a per diem Operating Room Nurse Welcome to Northern Michigan Surgical Suites At Northern Michigan Surgical Suites is a beautiful, state-of-the-art, multi-specialty center outpatient surgical center.
• It is designed to give patients, friends and family a relaxing experience before, during and after the procedure.
• Northern Michigan Surgical Suites also provides a high ratio of medical staff to patients in order to provide the highest quality experience and attentive care.
• Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) at Northern Michigan Surgical Suites The Operating Room Nurse provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• The Operating Room Nurse will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
• Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Facial Plastics, Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
