Independent Living Service Coordinator

• Connect individuals with community resources and employment supports Provide supports to those who are looking to engage in the Access Modification program.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes Participate in outreach and community engagement

Qualifications

Required: Associate degree in human services or related field 2–3 years of relevant experience Strong communication, organization, and advocacy skills Preferred: Bachelor's degree Experience working with individuals with disabilities Additional Details Travel throughout the state required Combination of office, remote, and community-based work If you're looking for a rewarding role where you can empower others and create real change, we'd love to hear from you!
