Summary CentraCare’s Palliative Care team at St.
Cloud Hospital is seeking a physician to primarily serve our inpatient population, with the potential to incorporate some outpatient care as well.
Join a supportive, collaborative team of 3 physicians, 5 APPs, 3 RNs, and an LPN with access to Spiritual Care, Psychotherapy services, and dedicated support staff including a team assistant along with outpatient clinic space and the option for virtual visits.
This role offers a strong blend of collaboration and clinical autonomy within a sustainable practice model that supports work–life balance.
You’ll build meaningful relationships with patients and families, guide thoughtful goals-of-care conversations, and provide expert symptom management, all in a well-supported, patient-centered environment.

$230,000 - $265,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.
