Lutheran’s Hultquist Place—an Assisted Living Program (ALP) operating in coordination with Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) standards—is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our day shift working 6am-2pm.
Our HHAs play a vital role in supporting residents’ independence, dignity, and safety—especially during overnight hours when attentiveness and responsiveness matter most.
Under the supervision of the Director of Patient Services (DPS) and licensed nursing staff, the HHA provides personal care and supportive services in accordance with each resident’s individualized care plan and applicable ALP/LHCSA regulations. This role includes assisting with self-administration of medications (following facility training and protocols), overnight monitoring, and timely communication of any changes in resident condition.
