Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred. NYS Physical Therapist license required Strong communication and interpersonal skills 1-2 years’ experience preferred BLS required within 60 days of hire
