The Intake Therapist is responsible for performing the complete intake process, including screening, assessing, and referring clients to appropriate Harbor Light System programs. Recruit, screen, and assess individuals as to their eligibility for Harbor Light System programs by conducting intakes and providing referrals.
Must possess MCBAP appropriate certification (CAADC, CADC-M, CADC) or approved MCBAP Development Plan
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Behavioral Science and at least 18 months of experience in substance abuse treatment. Additionally, applicants are required to hold or obtain relevant MCBAP certification and have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records.
