The Student Nurse Tech works as part of a nursing team to deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include performing delegated patient care procedures and reporting patient conditions to the healthcare team.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and have completed two clinical semesters of nursing. A valid CNA certification from the State of Maryland and BLS CPR certification are required.

The Student Nurse Tech participates as a member of the nursing team in the delivery of quality patient care. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, the Student Nurse Tech performs selected delegated patient care procedures. Observes patient condition and reports and records information. Assists health care team with specific treatments and/or procedures in an acute or intermediate care facility.
High School Diploma or GED One semester of Nursing Fundamentals and one semester of Nursing Clinical for a total of 2 Clinical Semesters. Certification as a CNA on file with the State of Maryland. BLS CPR
USD $17.83/Hr.

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
