The Nursing Support Tech participates in the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include performing delegated procedures and recording patient conditions within an acute care facility.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and a current C.N.A. license in the state of Maryland. Completion of a CNA/GNA course or specific nursing program clinicals and Healthcare Provider level CPR certification are required.
The Nursing Support Tech II Participates as member of the healthcare team in the delivery of high quality patient care. Under supervision of the registered nurse, the NST performs delegated patient care and procedures, and observes reports and records patient conditions and information. The NST assists the healthcare team with specific treatments and/or procedures in the acute care facility.
High School Diploma or GED. Successful completion of CNA/GNA course and/or successful completion of Fundamentals and one additional clinical course in an accredited nursing program. Current C.N.A. license on file with the state of Maryland Healthcare Provider level CPR

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
