The Registered Respiratory Therapist provides clinical assessments, treatments, and diagnostic services for patients across all age groups. Responsibilities include managing ventilators, implementing pharmacological therapies, and maintaining respiratory equipment according to hospital guidelines.
Candidates must be a graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Care school and hold a CRT credential and a Maryland Board of Physicians license. A high school diploma is required, while ICU/NICU experience and BLS certification are preferred.
Must possess a high school diploma or GED Graduate of Respiratory Therapy from an AMA approved school of Respiratory Care One year experience preferred, new graduates are acceptable ICU & NICU experience preferred CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care Maryland Board of Physicians Respiratory Care License BLS- Health Care Provider preferred, Certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
