The Physical Therapist Assistant provides therapy services and treatments to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. They are responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and educating patients and families on home exercise programs.
Candidates must be a licensed or certified Physical Therapist Assistant who has graduated from an accredited PTA curriculum. At least one year of healthcare experience and home health experience are preferred.

A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is responsible for providing care/services to assigned patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT) and in accordance with the patient's plan of care.
1. At least one year of healthcare experience preferred.
2. Home health care experience preferred.
