The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide clinical monitoring, administer medications, and support residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. They will also supervise care partners and ensure all care is delivered in accordance with state and federal regulations.
*Starting pay is $32 / hour! *We have TWO full-time positions offering a 12-hour shift of 6pm-6am, and ONE full-time position offering a 12-hour shift of 6am-6pm! Every other weekend is required!

Taking an active role in resident assessments, development of service plans and daily care.
Overseeing and implementing the self-administered medication management program for residents.
Administering medication and/or treatment to residents in accordance with physician orders.
Documenting and reporting care provided and resident observations.
Providing emotional support, physical comfort and ensuring ongoing safety of residents.
