Perform direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any abnormal findings or safety concerns to nursing staff.
Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant or willing to complete a state-approved training program within four months of hire. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
State Tested Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant performs direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Is already a State Tested Nurse Aide or will successfully complete and pass a State approved Nurse Aide training program and competency exam within four months of date of hire.
