The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care within their scope of practice. They also coordinate the healthcare team, provide patient education, and implement physician orders.

Base salary starts at $34.88/hr.
E s s e n t i a l f u n c t i o n s
Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of care for patients within scope of practice.
Provides education to patients according to their needs.
Transcribes, utilizes and implements protocols and physician orders.
Coordinates healthcare team and delegates appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
C r e d e n t i a l s
Must have a current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming and must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
Must have current, valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must obtain within 60 days of hire and maintain credentials throughout employment with IMH.
Must have current, valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must obtain within six (6) months of hire and maintain credentials throughout employment with IMH if taking call or administering conscious sedation.
Must complete procedural sedation module within six (6) months of hire and every two (2) years thereafter throughout employment with IMH.
CNOR Certification preferred.

Annual completion of yearly required CEUs.
