About the role

The Physician Assistant will perform routine GYN exams, IUD procedures, and manage patient care in an outpatient setting. They will work closely with physicians to develop treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records.

Position Highlights: GYN outpatient only Perform routine GYN exams, IUD insertions/removals, all aspects of Women's Health Record patient history and follow-up with patients Assist and work closely with Physician to provide patient care Ability to work independently two days a week in office Minimal phone call for office patients In-office procedures Patient volume: 15 patients per day Bilingual in Spanish is required Compensation/Benefits Highlights: Salary starting at $100,000 CME reimbursement Comprehensive health, dental, and vision 401k with matching Short- and long-term disability, company paid life insurance Company paid malpractice coverage Supportive and appreciative culture

Requirements

National Physician Assistant certification or ability to obtain Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff One year of full-time experience as a Physician Assistant is preferred About Unified Women’s Healthcare is affiliated with the largest, physician-owned Ob-Gyn practice network in the nation, with more than 900 affiliated practices and 2,500 providers in 17 states and Washington DC.
