The Life Enrichment Coordinator organizes and implements individualized programming to maximize resident independence and quality of life. They are also responsible for maintaining documentation, managing activity calendars, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, with a preference for a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires the ability to complete applicable CBRF classes and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
The Life Enrichment Coordinator’s role is responsible for organizing, promoting, implementing and evaluating individualized life enrichment programming (one-to-one, small group and large group basis) to maximize clients' independence and consider the needs and interests of individual clients. Completes documentation including person-centered care plans, progress notes and activity participation.
Must complete probationary period successfully. Must be able to be flexible and work alone if necessary. Complete applicable CBRF classes.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate to residents, families, team members, peers, and other professionals appropriately. Strong prioritization and organization skills.
