Provide hands-on support for clients including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance while monitoring health status and vital signs. Ensure medication compliance, prepare meals, and maintain accurate electronic medical records for all client interactions.
Candidates must hold an active CNA license or PCA certification along with current First Aid and CPR credentials. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and transferring clients are required.
