The Home Health Aide will provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and personal hygiene. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate records of patient progress and building supportive relationships with those they serve.
Job Summary We are looking for a Home Health Aide to join our team!
You will directly work with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes with visiting 2 clients per day.
You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve.
You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role.
Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.
Candidates must hold a CNA or PCA certification, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, current CPR certification, and proof of a recent TB test or chest X-ray.
