The Mental Health Technician provides direct care, supervision, and instruction to residents in a mental illness residential program. Responsibilities include monitoring daily living skills, administering medication, and maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and a valid Alabama driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and obtain certification in the Nurse Delegation program.
