Our Masters Level Clinicians provide home and community-based mental health, behavioral, and/or substance use services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
These are self-scheduling, Monday-Friday, days, and after-school hours.

Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or related degree Master's in Social Work must have their LCSW per MassHealth regulations Must have completed a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting Must be license eligible by the State of Massachusetts Valid driver’s license in good standing Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach A commitment to quality in everything you do Compensation: Unlicensed- $60,000 base salary for 25 hours/week productivity. Quarterly productivity bonuses of $500-4000 for 26+ productivity hours/week average. Licensed- $65,000 base salary for 25 hours/week productivity.
