The Patient Care Secretary supports the Team Manager by managing patient care-related clerical procedures and facilitating communication between patients, families, and team members. They also maintain patient charts, handle documentation, and assist with scheduling and correspondence.
Candidates should have three years of prior work experience and possess good typing and computer skills. Excellent communication and telephone skills are also essential for this role.
