The registered nurse independently performs direct patient care and utilizes the nursing process to deliver developmentally appropriate care. They collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans while ensuring safety, effectiveness, and accurate documentation in EPIC.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a current Texas nursing license. At least one year of RN experience in CRRT or Dialysis is required, along with Basic Life Support certification.
Independently performs the functions of a registered nurse in direct patient care. Utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of developmentally appropriate care. Also works in collaboration with other health care professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care to meet the patient/family needs.
