The LPN Float will provide clinical support across multiple clinic locations by monitoring vital signs, performing phlebotomy, and administering medications. They are also responsible for accurate EMR documentation, patient education, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted LPN license and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. A high school diploma and current BLS certification are required, along with the ability to travel regularly between assigned clinic sites.

High school diploma. Current, unrestricted LPN license in the applicable state; must remain active and in good standing throughout employment. Current BLS certification (must stay active while employed). Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical equipment/supplies. Understanding of basic laboratory procedures, including preparation and screening. Knowledge of infectious disease management, safety standards, and proper control measures. Ability to read and follow written and verbal medical orders accurately. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient centered approach to care. Ability to make appropriate independent decisions when needed. Demonstrated customer service skills and a consistently positive attitude. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively on an interdisciplinary team. Professional work ethic with strong relationship building skills across associates and vendors. Previous experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
