The Clinical Social Worker supports cancer patients and their families by addressing psychosocial, emotional, and resource-related needs throughout the care journey. They also facilitate support groups and collaborate with the interdisciplinary medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program and possess a valid LCSW license. A minimum of three to five years of experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in oncology, palliative care, or hospice, is preferred.
Description Regional Cancer Care Associates (RCCA) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support our practices in Riverdale, NJ, and Sparta, NJ. Master's degree in social work from a school or program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) and valid and current clinical social work license (i.e. LCSW) Minimum three- to five-years’ experience preferred working as a clinical social worker in a health care setting; oncology, palliative care, and/or hospice experience highly desired.
