Med Tech/ CMA

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Med-tech‘s and Caregivers to join our team. As a care associate, you will provide assistance and support to residents in an assisted living facility. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
• Assist with meal preparation or serving meals.
• Engage in activities with residents.
• Assist with transferring and lifting residents using proper body mechanics and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
• Monitor resident behavior and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for residents
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
