The BCBA will design and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs for pediatric patients with autism. They are also responsible for supervising behavior technicians, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary therapy teams.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and possess a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. The role requires a compassionate professional capable of maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
Set a High Standard of Care: Complete and maintain required trainings and maintain compliance with government regulations Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress and medical necessity Review and adhere to policies & procedures manual Personalized Treatment: Create behavior intervention plans based off functional behavioral assessments and define and track behavior in observable and measurable terms Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
