About the role

The Administrative Case Manager will assess client needs to coordinate supportive services such as housing, funding, and healthcare. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and acting as a liaison between clients and other service providers.

MVP Recovery is the most comprehensive recovery program in the region and we are currently hiring for our Chester County sites. The MVP Recovery program offers a dynamic patient-centered approach to SUD treatment. Our staff members are positive, passionate, and dedicated to assisting our clients on their recovery journey. Appropriate candidates understand the importance of being a team player and cultivating a positive and supportive working environment.

Job Description

Duties

Assess and determine supportive services to meet each clients unique needs Coordinate necessary services based on needs assessment such as assistance with housing, funding for treatment, health insurance, employment. Assist client's in implementing a daily routine through all stages of recovery Provide education, screening, and referral for communicable diseases Act as a liason between client and other providers assisting in client care Accurately document interactions and sessions with client Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong professional boundaries MVP Recovery does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and multitask effectively.
