The Administrative Case Manager will assess client needs to coordinate supportive services such as housing, funding, and healthcare. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and acting as a liaison between clients and other service providers.

Assess and determine supportive services to meet each clients unique needs Coordinate necessary services based on needs assessment such as assistance with housing, funding for treatment, health insurance, employment. Assist client's in implementing a daily routine through all stages of recovery Provide education, screening, and referral for communicable diseases Act as a liason between client and other providers assisting in client care Accurately document interactions and sessions with client Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong professional boundaries MVP Recovery does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
