The Personal Care Aide assists clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, mobility, and meal preparation to ensure their safety and independence. They are also responsible for providing companionship, medication reminders, and maintaining accurate documentation of client visits.
Candidates must hold a PCA, CNA, or NA certification and possess reliable transportation. Strong communication skills and the ability to pass a background screening are required for this role.
