The Nocturnist provides high-acuity cardiac critical care during overnight hours, managing complex postoperative and critically ill pediatric patients. They collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care, rapid response to clinical changes, and effective team leadership.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies or a Master's degree in Nursing, along with relevant state licensure and certifications. A minimum of 2 years of ICU or critical care experience is preferred for the sign-on bonus eligibility.
