• Overview: Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians (MHRT-1) work in our clients’ homes and the community in our Daily Living Skills Program.
• They build relationships and trust with their adult clients living with persistent mental health challenges.
• They assist clients in identifying their goals and interests and support them in actively making progress on their goals.
• MHRTs act as a role model, may administer medication, assist with personal care, and inspire clients to be as independent as possible, both at home and in the community.
• They also provide crisis support when necessary.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or GED Certification: Staff must be committed to earning their Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician-1 within one year of their date of hire.
