Direct Support Professionals provide direct care and support to adult clients with developmental disabilities in residential group homes. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, administering medication, housekeeping, and facilitating community outings.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and possess or be willing to obtain DSP and CRMA certifications. Strong communication skills and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation are required.
Direct Support Professional (DSP) - 1st shift
· Education- High School diploma or GED · Must have strong Communication and computer skills · Certification: Must obtain or have an existing DSP Provisional Certificate and Certified Residential Medication Aide Certificate CCRMA).
