Job Responsibilities The Counselor position is responsible for providing initial and ongoing treatment to assigned clients, families, and caregivers seeking mental health services. This Counselor Provides direct clinical outpatient services (office, home, school, community) to the client, including all relevant caregivers and providers as indicated in the client's Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP). This role also coordinates care with other providers to ensure the provision of effective and appropriate services; diagnosis assessments, individual counseling, group therapy and multiagency case management with emphasis on the adolescent/family population.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in clinical social work, mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field. Professional licensure in the State of Florida is preferred, along with two years of experience working with children and families.
