The Registered Nurse is responsible for implementing, directing, and coordinating patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves recognizing and treating physical and psychosocial changes in critical patients within a 24-bed unit.
RN- Critical Care Unit (experienced RN)
24-bed unit specializing in the care of critical patients.
24-hour intensivist/pulmonary/APP coverage.
Individualized, comprehensive 16-week orientation program which includes the Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO), ACLS certification and NIHSS certification for new nurses.

The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for implementing, directing and coordinating the care of patients through the use of the nursing process: assessment, planning implementation and evaluation. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Nursing and hold or be eligible for a Pennsylvania nursing license. Previous nursing experience in a specialty area is preferred, along with strong communication and customer service skills.
