The Registered Nurse will conduct phone triage, manage clinical inquiries, and perform direct patient care tasks such as lab draws and immunizations. They will also collaborate with physicians to coordinate care plans and maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license in Illinois and possess at least two years of clinical or hospital nursing experience. Proficiency in EMR systems and strong clinical judgment are essential for this role.
