The Pharmacy Clinical Specialist provides real-time, bedside clinical support in the Emergency Department and critical care units to optimize medication therapy for complex conditions. They also participate in trauma activations, support antimicrobial stewardship, and mentor pharmacy residents and staff.
Candidates must hold a PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and possess current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist. The role requires completion of a PGY2 residency or a PGY1 residency with two years of relevant clinical experience, along with BLS certification.
