PRN per visit rate. Flexible schedule 401K with 50% employer match up to 6% per check License & Experience Requirements for this position include the following: Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program Active or pending state physical therapist license Comfort working independently in the home setting Professional Development Min USD $60.00/Hr. Max USD $120.00/Hr. Annual Incentive Bonus Up To
