The physician provides primary or acute healthcare services, including patient assessments, diagnostic studies, and treatment management. They are also responsible for patient education, counseling on wellness, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
Candidates must be a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine physician. A current medical license in the State of Ohio and a current DEA certificate are required.
