• AM to 9:00 PM, supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives. From teaching independent living skills to facilitating fun community outings, you'll help our residents gain confidence and independence every day.

• Responsibilities:
• Resident
• Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, creating a caring and fun environment.
• Personal
• Care
• Support: Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene, ensuring dignity and respect.
• Medication
• Management: Administer medications and keep accurate records.
• Community
• Outings: Accompany residents to exciting activities in the community, building social skills and enhancing their quality of life.
• Meal
• Prep &
• Cooking: Help prepare meals, teach cooking skills, and make mealtimes enjoyable and educational.
• Crisis
• Management: Use de-escalation techniques and support residents through challenging moments with patience and empathy.
• Compensation &
• Benefits: $3/hour weekend shift differential for Saturdays and Sundays. $1 pay increases at 6 months and 12 months to reward your dedication and hard work.

Experience

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we'll provide training for the right person!
