Must hold a valid Florida Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license and possess current first aid and CPR certification. Requires excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills along with the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting.

SIGN ON BONUS:$3,000 for full-time & $1,500 for part-time! Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Provide personal care (i.e., grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) of residents daily and as needed. Provide bedside care. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects. Assist with resident comfort. Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas. Collect samples and monitor catheters. Take TPR (temperature, pulse, & rate), blood pressure, weighing of residents, etc., as directed. Assist in the orientation and training of other staff, as requested. Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
