We’re seeking a skilled Echocardiography RN to join our team at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA, supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures alongside cardiologists, sonographers, and advanced practice providers. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy critical thinking, patient education, and procedural care—without the constant pace of traditional bedside nursing.
$15,000 recruitment loan paid over 2 years. Certain stipulations do apply.
This role is full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday-Friday 730p-4p or 7a-330p; weekend and holiday on-call requirements will be discussed during interview process.
This role will also require travel for outreach at other sites, including Muncy, Lewisburg and Shamokin.
A minimum of 2 years RN work experience is required. ICU, telemetry or procedural experience is strongly preferred.
Moderate Sedation Certification required within 1 year.

🫀 Provide nursing support for Advanced Cardiac imaging supporting Cardiac CT and Cardiac MRI 🧑⚕️ Prepare and educate patients before, during, and after procedures 🩺 Monitor patients, administer medications as appropriate, and ensure patient safety 🤝 Partner closely with cardiology and echocardiography teams to deliver exceptional care

Candidates must be a graduate of a nursing specialty training program and possess at least 2 years of nursing experience. A valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification are required.
