  • Schedule: Full-Time We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our urgent and primary care team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and be passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered care. Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, infections, and injuries. Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma. Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). QualificationsQualifications Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state. National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology NP. Minimum of 2 years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred. BLS/ACLS certification required. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Requires a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and national certification as a Family or Adult-Gerontology NP. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in urgent, emergency, or primary care, along with BLS/ACLS certifications.
