Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license in Virginia and possess at least one year of clinical experience. Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Medicare guidelines is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license.

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care in the home setting, helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and safely perform daily activities.
You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized plans of care, and overseeing therapy services, while maintaining a high level of independence in the field. This role is ideal for a clinician who is motivated, compassionate, and thrives in a patient-centered environment.
