The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide clinical care and develop leadership skills while building relationships with residents and their families. They are responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services within the neighborhood care model.
Candidates must be licensed practical nurses and are required to have an annual influenza vaccination or an approved exemption. The role requires working on-site at the Grandvue Medical Care Facility in East Jordan.
